The Rest of Our Staycation!

On Tuesday, Mr. Mustard, Paprika, and I went to Disneyland. It was so wonderful having Mr. Mustard there to help with Paprika. We mixed things up a bit, and went on rides we'd never ridden before.

We saw the Parade at California Adventure, had a yummy dinner, and overall had a very relaxing time. It's amazing how much easier it is on me when Mr. Mustard is around to help with Paprika. Now that I'm almost six months pregnant, with every week, I get a little slower, a little bigger, and a little less able to heft Paprika around like I used to! At age 2 1/2, Paprika is now 37 inches tall (in bare feet) and weighs 34.5 pounds (in the morning, after a pee, with no diaper). So, needless to say, I let Mr. Mustard do as much of the lifting as possible!

Mr. Mustard had to work this evening, so we enjoyed the afternoon together before he headed back to work. It was pouring outside, so we went back to the indoor playground. Then, when Paprika had her fill of that, we went to the bookstore in the mall and read together.
