I just got a phone call from my dad. My dad doesn't call early on Saturday mornings for just any reason (he knows we sleep late). He called to tell me that my cousin Steven was in a car accident early Friday morning. He is in the ICU and is in critical condition.
He is a college student at University of Indianapolis, and graduated from North Central High School in Indianpolis in 2008. He is a funny, smart, atheltic, amazing guy. I can't believe this has happened.
These pictures are from his Facebook profile. I wanted to give you guys a face to focus on if you're the praying type. If you are the praying type, now is really the time to pray for him. I am so worried, and incredibly sad for him and his family. Please keep aunt Jeanette, my uncle Ed, and cousin Brian (Steven's brother) in your prayers, too. I know they could really use all the prayers in the world right now. Thank you!

Praying to God for Steve and your entire family!
Steve is one handsome guy ;).
I have said a prayer to the Blessed Mother for him and all of his family. Sending positive energy, strength and love to him for his recovery. Sending the same to you as you care for your family.
Praying for him and your family!
I'm so sorry. I will keep Steve and your family in my prayers. Hugs
Steven and your family are in my thoughts and prayers, Erika.
Erika, I'm so sad about Steven. I see a family resemblance there. No parents should have to see their child go through something like this. My prayers are with you all. <3
Oh my dear friend, I will be keeping all of you close to my heart and in my thoughts.
Please keep us posted.
*hugs*
